Please note that as per the product description, our furniture is brand new and packed in its original packaging. It is delivered flat packed for self-assembly.
The manufacturers currently only provide pictorial instructions - there are no written instructions. Our deliveries start from 06:00 and finish around 20:00 - depending on your area, with goods delivered seven days per week. Should the provided time slot or date be unsuitable, please get in touch with us, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs! Deliveries to Central London are typically between 06:00 - 08:00! Leave appropriate instructions if the property is gated and has a concierge.
You can book an additional service if you wish to have it delivered to your property if you live in the basement flat or if the ground floor of your property is located on the 1st floor and above (multi-storey building). On wet rainy days, it is advisable to have a carpet cover made available for our staff to wipe their boots upon before entering your premises.
If a package or a piece of furniture is damaged, please get in touch with us, and you will get a replacement as soon as possible. This right is not extinguished if you have erected the furniture.
In the unlikely event of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, we will rectify the error by sending replacement goods or parts. Should a customer wish to return the goods, it is the customer's responsibility to take good care of the furniture. Please note that we are currently unable to offer a collection service. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim, we ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging to prevent damage in transit.
